My fee is $300 for a 45 minute session. I am happy to discuss a sliding scale.
Insurance
I work as an out-of-network provider. As such, I do not accept insurance. Insurance plans vary in terms of how much is reimbursed for mental health services. Please contact your insurance provider to find out what your out-of-network coverage is. I am happy to assist you with your insurance claim.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of each session. Payment is typically done with a major credit card. You will be able to generate a statement suitable for submisssion to your insurance company at the end of each month.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be expected to pay for your appointment. If your appointment is on Monday, I need to be notified of cancellation the Friday before your scheduled appointment, or you will be expected to pay for the appointment.
